قيام لا يعرف من أنت. لا يطلب اسمًا ولا رقم جوال ولا بريدًا. لا إعلانات فيه ولا أدوات تتبّع، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأي إعلان.Qiyam doesn't know who you are. It never asks for a name, phone number or email. It has no ads and no trackers, and we never sell your data or share it for advertising.

ما يبقى على هاتفك ولا يصلناWhat stays on your phone and never reaches us

موقعك الدقيق، لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. إن لم تسمح بالموقع يستخدم التطبيق الدمام مكانًا تقريبيًا.Your exact location, used to work out prayer times and the Qibla. If you don't allow location, the app uses Dammam as an approximate place.
منبّه قيام الليل ووقته، وتنبيهات الأذان والصيام والذكر.Your night-prayer wake-up and its time, and your adhan, fasting and dhikr reminders.
عدد تسبيحك، ولغتك وتقويمك.Your tasbih counts, your language and your calendar.
صوتك أثناء التسميع: لا يُحفظ ولا يُرسل إلينا (انظر أدناه ما تفعله خدمة الكلام في هاتفك).Your voice during recitation practice: it is not saved and not sent to us (see below for what your phone's speech service does).

ما يصل إلى خادمنا ولماذاWhat reaches our server, and why

رقمٌ عشوائي يصنعه هاتفك عند أول اتصال، ومفتاح دخول مرتبط به، ليعرف الخادم أن الطلبات من الهاتف نفسه دون أن يعرف من أنت.A random number your phone makes the first time it connects, and a sign-in key tied to it, so the server knows requests come from the same phone without knowing who you are.
منطقتك الزمنية ومدينتك، وموقعٌ تقريبي مقرّب إلى نحو كيلومتر، ووقت آخر اتصال، لتظهر في سماء من حولك نجمةً بلا اسم، ولتُجمع في دائرة مع من يقاربك في الوقت.Your time zone, your city and an approximate location rounded to about a kilometre, and when you last connected, so you can appear as a nameless star in the sky of people around you, and be grouped into a circle with people near you in time.
دائرتك: انضمامك إليها، ورمز الدعوة إن أنشأت دائرة.Your circle: that you belong to it, and the invite code if you create one.
الأدعية: نسجّل من أرسل الدعاء ولمن، فقط لنلتزم بدعاء واحد في اليوم ونحترم من أوقف استقبالها. لا نُظهر المرسل لأحد.Du'as: we record who sent a du'a and to whom, only to keep to one a day and to respect anyone who turned them off. We never show the sender to anyone.
مراجعات الحفظ: المقطع وتقديرك لاستظهارك ووقت المراجعة، ليُبنى عليها موعد مراجعتك التالية. وفي التسميع: نسبة المطابقة فقط، لا الصوت ولا النص.Your memorisation reviews: the passage, how you rated your recall and when, so your next review can be scheduled. For recitation practice: only how closely it matched, never the audio or the words.
إعداداتك، مثل استقبال الأدعية أو إيقافها.Your settings, such as whether you receive du'as.

الأساس النظامي: تقديم الخدمة التي تطلبها حين تفتح التطبيق، وموافقتك لما هو اختياري كالموقع.Legal basis: providing the service you ask for when you open the app, and your consent for optional things such as location.

ما يراه غيركWhat other people see

نجمتك بلا اسم، على مسافة تقريبية، وأعدادًا مجمّعة لدائرتك. لا يرى أحدٌ من قام ومن لم يقم، ولا من أرسل دعاءً، ولا شيئًا من حفظك.Your star, without a name, at an approximate distance, and combined counts for your circle. No one can see who rose and who didn't, who sent a du'a, or anything about your memorisation.

Hostinger: خوادمنا لديها في فرنسا.Hostinger: our servers are with them, in France.
خدمة التعرّف على الكلام في هاتفك (Google على أندرويد، وApple على آيفون) تحوّل تلاوتك إلى نص أثناء التسميع، وقد تعالج الصوت على خوادمها وفق سياساتها.Your phone's speech recognition (Google on Android, Apple on iPhone) turns your recitation into text during practice, and may process the audio on its own servers under its own policy.
OpenStreetMap (خدمة Overpass): حين تبحث عن أقرب مسجد يُرسل إليها موقعك لتُعرض المساجد القريبة.OpenStreetMap (the Overpass service): when you look for the nearest mosque, your location is sent to it so nearby mosques can be shown.
خدمة الخرائط في هاتفك (Apple أو Google) تحوّل موقعك التقريبي إلى اسم مدينة.Your phone's map service (Apple or Google) turns your approximate location into a city name.
خرائط Google أو Apple تُفتح فقط إن ضغطت على الطريق إلى مسجد.Google Maps or Apple Maps open only if you tap for directions to a mosque.

لا نستخدم أدوات تحليل ولا إعلانات ولا تتبّعًا من أي طرف.We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools from anyone.

كيف نحميهاHow we protect it

كل ما يرسله التطبيق ينتقل مشفّرًا (HTTPS). ولا يصل إلى خادمنا إلا الفريق الذي يشغّل قيام. ولأن بياناتك مرتبطة برقم عشوائي لا باسمك، فلا تدل على شخصك حتى لدينا.Everything the app sends travels encrypted (HTTPS). Only the team that runs Qiyam can reach our server. And because your data is tied to a random number rather than your name, it doesn't identify you, even to us.

أين تُحفظWhere it is stored

على خوادم في فرنسا، بضمانات تعاقدية تحميها وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.On servers in France, under contractual safeguards that protect it as Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law requires.

كم نحتفظ بها، وما يحدث حين تحذف التطبيقHow long we keep it, and what happens when you delete the app

ما يصل خادمنا مرتبطٌ بالرقم العشوائي في هاتفك وحده، لا باسمك. حين تحذف التطبيق يُمحى هذا الرقم من هاتفك، فيبقى السجل على خادمنا دون شيء يدل عليك. وقد تُعيد النسخة الاحتياطية لهاتفك (من Apple أو Google) مفتاح الدخول إن أعدت تثبيت التطبيق، فيعود إليك سجلك السابق.What reaches our server is linked only to the random number on your phone, not to your name. When you delete the app, that number is erased from your phone, and the record on our server is left with nothing that points to you. If you reinstall, your phone's backup (from Apple or Google) may bring the sign-in key back, and with it your previous record.

ولأننا لا نعرف من أنت، لا نستطيع أن نجد سجلك من رسالة أو اتصال؛ لا يصل إليه إلا هاتفك.Because we don't know who you are, we can't find your record from an email or a call; only your phone can reach it.

لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط ولا أدوات تحليل. يحفظ متصفحك لغتك والمدينة التي اخترتها على جهازك فقط. ويسجّل الخادم الزيارات تسجيلًا معتادًا (عنوان IP والوقت) لأغراض الأمان.It uses no cookies and no analytics. Your browser keeps your language and the city you picked, on your device only. The server keeps ordinary visit logs (IP address and time) for security.
